What happens during a service?

During one of our services, one of our technicians will work through a comprehensive service plan, checking every aspect of the device to make sure that its fully functional. Lastly, records will be taken to assist any follow up work required to provide potentially useful information.

A&A Digital Copiers have a first time fix rate in excess of 98% for all service visits which we take great pride in. We understand the impact any downtime can have on any business and so we take every call-out with the upmost importance.

How do I maintain my Equipment?

Photocopiers – Printers – MFP

Generally, your photocopier will be self-sufficient, but occasionally you’ll need to do a few simple checks to make sure it continues to do so. Keeping your MFP (Multi-Function Printer) running smoothly is straight forward as long as everything is maintained.

Situated in the front access door are cleaning tools available to clear debris such as spent toner that has gradually collected and needs removing to return the high print quality. They are simple and quick to use which you will be trained on during the installation process.

Interactive Solutions

Included within our Interactive Solutions are a variety of products all with their own purpose. There are the Interactive Displays, Digital Signage Monitors, and the Visitor Management Systems. The products share a lot in common and the maintenance requirements are very low.

However, under the unlikely scenario that the equipment malfunctions, our experienced team will be prepared to rectify the issue and have you back up and running to avoid downtime. The technicians will either conduct a visit or login remotely.

Furthermore, you can make sure the glass at the top of the machine is clean including the small slit to the left of the large piece, as any imperfections or blemishes on there can impact the quality of any scans or copies.

As for Multi-Function Printers, replacing any empty toner cartridges or a full waste toner box is important, and your photocopier will prompt you when to do this. In addition, if you include a ‘Service Agreement’ in your purchase we will be able to send you replacement consumables before they are required for your device, so all you need to is replace them.

The process of swapping these parts over is straight forward, and we will demonstrate this during the installation process to ensure you are fully confident. Our services include product training to ensure you are at ease when operating the device or simply want to implement new software and need assistance learning how to correctly use it.

A & A support doesn’t end when you take out a purchase agreement, we are always available to help maximise the potential of your systems throughout ownership.

Our staff are friendly, patient and experienced, and we’ll provide you with your own dedicated training contact who is familiar with your business. Our one-to-one or group training sessions will be conducted following the installation of the device, enabling your staff to be at ease in operating the equipment and following the demonstration should you require more information or a reminder, don’t hesitate in calling to arrange a further demonstration.
